NKK has developed a series of very high-speed SRAMs for cache applications. Based on high-speed SRAM technologies, NKK developed 32Kx32 synchronous burst mode SRAMs with pipeline. In addition, NKK is offering low power consumption SRAMs for battery operated applications, e.g. mobile PCs, handy phones, pagers, etc.
NKK has also developed a series of MIPS architecture RISC microprocessors.
The NR4600/NR4700/NR5000 series are 64bit microprocessors and its chip sets feature high performance, low cost and low power consumption. The NR4650/NR4645 is another member of this series. A derivative of the NR4600, it incorporates new instruction sets to achieve better cost performance for embedded applications. NKK is also committed to providing development environments.
